Here is an upper body (arms, shoulders, and back) routine that can be done at home with a set of dumbbells. I did this myself a few days ago and enjoyed it immensely! The routine is also beneficial for your abdominal region due to the need the need to retain proper form.
In total the workout consists of 3 sets, with 16, 14, and 10 repetitions each for a total of 40 reps. There will be links to images showing the exercises, as I don’t have the means of taking pictures of myself demonstrating them.
- Begin with a warmup
- Bicep curls (image)
- Lateral raises (image)
- Back rows (image)
- Overhead triceps extension (image)
- Frontal raises (image)
- Overhead press (image)
- End with a cool down and plenty of water
